Shipping
We ship to the Netherlands and Belgium. Shipping is free on orders of €49 or more; below €49 it costs €7.95. In-stock orders placed on weekdays before 17:00 are dispatched the same day. This is a dispatch promise, not a guarantee of next-day delivery by the carrier. We will contact you if there is a stock issue.
Notify us of a return
As a consumer, you may withdraw without giving a reason until 14 days after the day you, or your nominated recipient, receive the last item in the order. Clearly notify us using info@toppik.pro · +31 226 753835. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods to Toppik.pro, Drogesloot 2, 1721 HV Broek op Langedijk, The Netherlands. You pay the direct return postage. Keep proof of posting.
You may inspect the product as you would in a shop. Handling beyond what is necessary to assess it may result in a deduction for diminished value. The right of withdrawal is excluded only where a statutory exception actually applies, for example sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons that have been unsealed after delivery. Opening a care product does not automatically exclude every return. Your rights concerning a faulty or incorrectly supplied item remain unaffected.
Refund
We refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice using the original payment method, without additional fees. If you withdraw from the whole order, we also refund standard outbound delivery costs. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence of their return, whichever occurs first.
Wrong, damaged or missing goods
Email your order number and the problem to info@toppik.pro. Also contact us if the parcel has not arrived three working days after dispatch notification. Where the legal guarantee applies, we provide an appropriate remedy free of charge, including necessary return costs. Dutch statutory conformity rights have no single fixed time limit: goods must meet reasonable expectations. A manufacturer’s warranty does not restrict your statutory rights.
