These terms apply to consumer purchases in our online shop. The product page specifies the product, shade, contents and availability. Prices are in euros and include VAT. Checkout shows any shipping charge and the total amount due before you order.
Ordering and payment
Check your selection and address before placing an order with an obligation to pay. Order details are sent by email. An order acknowledgment does not itself confirm successful payment. Available payment methods appear at checkout. An order is recorded as paid only following confirmed payment.
Delivery, withdrawal and guarantee
Delivery is to the Netherlands and Belgium: free from €49, otherwise €7.95. In-stock orders placed on weekdays before 17:00 are dispatched the same day. The statutory withdrawal, refund and guarantee information on our Delivery and returns page forms part of these terms. Mandatory consumer rights prevail over any conflicting provision.

Report a problem with your order number to info@toppik.pro. Dutch law applies without depriving you of mandatory consumer protection applicable to you. Your statutory right to bring a case before a competent court remains unaffected.
