Orders, accounts and contact
We process your name, address, email, any phone number, order information, payment status and messages to fulfil orders, manage your account and answer questions. Payments are handled by the selected provider, currently Buckaroo or PayPal. We receive payment references and status, not your online banking credentials. Hosting, email and delivery services receive the information needed for their tasks. Processing is based on the contract, legal record-keeping duties and our legitimate interest in a secure, functioning shop and handling enquiries.
Cookies and personal advice
WooCommerce uses basket and session cookies. The Dutch-language advisor stores preferences you enter, conversations, viewed products and recommendations in the shop. For signed-in visitors this may be linked to the account; for other visitors the advisor uses a random cookie, toppik_core_sid, with a one-year lifetime. Do not enter medical, financial or other sensitive information in the advisor. Its reset function deletes the current advice memory; you can also ask us to do this.
Retention and rights
Tax records generally have to be retained for seven years. No fixed automatic deletion period is currently configured for other account, contact and advice data. We handle deletion requests manually, retaining information required by law or for an ongoing dispute. Contact info@toppik.pro to request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or withdraw any consent. You may complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
We take appropriate security measures. Payment providers also have their own privacy notices for their processing. Contact us with questions about recipients, retention or any transfer outside the European Economic Area.
